What is Valox?
A thermoplastic, polyester resin, Valox’s semi-crystalline materials are based on PBT and PET polyers. It was developed by SABIC to be a versatile, chemically resistant non-metallic material that also withstands heat.
IP and NEMA Rated
The strength and ability to seal out the elements give Valox the following IP and NEMA Ratings: IP 52, 54, 56, 65, 67 and NEMA 3, 3R, 4, 4X, 6 and 12.
