Remke expands its lineup of M12 A Coded cordsets & M12 A coded receptacles.

M12 A Coded cable connections are the standard in low-voltage industrial automation control system wiring for signal & communications. Remke M12 sensor connector connections enable a wide range of sensor related cable assembly solutions in industrial and commercial applications.

Remke is adding 63 new M12 A Coded wiring options in 6, 8 and 12 pin configurations in both male and female pigtail and M12 A Coded cordset styles.  These will augment Remke’s already impressive selection of 2 through 5 pin choices that numbers in the hundreds.

Large Lineup of M12 A Coded Cable Assemblies Means Easier Ordering

“The addition of our new M12 A Coded receptacles and cordsets in 6, 8 and 12 pinout configurations will significantly increase our breadth of offering to our industrial automation and controls customers.  With more extended M12 A Coded pinout offerings, our customers will be able to source more from Remke than ever before.” according to Tom O’Gara VP Sales & Marketing.  Remke will market the new M12 A Coded receptacles and cordsets under their existing Micro-Link M12 line of molded connectors.  Remke is one of the few US based manufacturers still producing customized  M12 cordsets and single-ended pigtail configurations.  M12 cable assemblies are commonly found in automotive production robots, PLC drives, sensors on conveyors and material handling equipment, proximity sensors and limit sensors.

The M12 A Coded 6, 8 and 12 pin in-stock configurations come in both straight and right angle (90°) options to address specific installation/environmental requirements. Custom configurations of the new M12 A Coded connector can be accommodated for unique applications such as safety curtain systems wiring (min. order requirements may apply).  In-stock receptacles with pigtails or cordsets are warehoused and shipped directly from our centrally located US warehouses.

The new 6, 8, and 12 pin A Coded M12 receptacles can be ordered in 0.5-meter lengths with pigtails only. Cordsets can be ordered in the 2, 4 and 5 meter lengths.  Custom M12 A Coded cable assembly lengths can be requested for both cordsets and pigtails (min. order requirements may apply). M12 right angle assemblies can also be custom ordered.
