Boost Sales with Customer Care - Remke Blog

You know how it goes…..you fall into a pattern of dealing with customers……………with more to do and less time to do it a smoother routine just seems like the way to go.  DON’T – unless you want to open the door for your competitors.

Customers don’t want to be taken for granted or only get our attention when we want to sell them something.  You and I are customers – do we like feeling this way?  No, and neither do our customers.  The Golden Rule does apply so how about doing things that say ‘We really appreciate having you as our customer’.

Boost sales opportunities with CUSTOMER CARE.  Think about these ideas –

  • Contact customers when it’s not necessary……..check back, ask for feedback, pass along helpful information
  • Tell customers how much you like working with them…….do it in writing
  • Don’t cut corners……….long-time customers deserve more than coasting
  • Respond reliably………make getting back to customers your top priority………..make it same day
  • Keep your word…………if you say you’re going to do it, do it………….and if you can’t explain why and do it quickly
  • Show respect………..getting too friendly can undermine the relationship………there should always be some distance as a way of showing respect
